DEMAND PARTNER ONBOARDING WORKFLOW
The CENADX Demand Partner Onboarding Workflow is designed to get qualified partners integrated, verified, and live as efficiently as possible. Follow the steps below from initial registration through campaign launch.
Registration & Initial Contact
Demand partner completes registration on CENADX.COM, providing business contacts and all required legal information. Our onboarding specialist reviews the submission and schedules a kickoff call.
Due Diligence & Account Setup
We collect required tax forms and banking information, and perform compliance checks. User accounts are created and login credentials are distributed to your team.
IO Drafting & Review
A sample Insertion Order (IO) template is shared for review and completion. Campaign details, payment terms, and reporting contacts are confirmed at this stage.
IO Execution & Archival
Signatures are obtained electronically or via PDF. All executed IOs are stored in our contract management system for compliance and audit purposes.
Technical Integration & QA
Creatives, tags, and tracking specs are exchanged. Test campaigns are conducted to verify all data flows correctly before any live spend is committed.
Campaign Launch & Monitoring
Go-live is approved following technical sign-off. Campaign delivery is monitored via the CENADX.COM dashboard, and reconciliation reports are provided on schedule.
Ongoing Support & Optimization
Our team provides ongoing buyer support throughout the campaign. Quarterly business reviews are conducted to evaluate performance, maintain compliance, and ensure reporting accuracy.

What Is the Index Exchange SSP Seat?
An SSP (Supply-Side Platform) seat allows qualified buyers to access CEN's premium inventory through a private, invite-only deal. Unlike the open exchange, PMP deals feature negotiated pricing, guaranteed placement, and first-look access to high-value inventory.
Who Is This For?
- Agencies and brands with existing Index Exchange relationships
- Programmatic buyers seeking guaranteed placements and fixed pricing
- Campaigns requiring curated, brand-safe, high-engagement inventory
- Political campaigns needing verified multicultural audience targeting

PMP seat access is relationship-based and requires approval. To explore whether a CEN PMP deal is right for your campaign, contact our team directly.
